About The Position

Please note: This is an in office position in Carol Stream, IL Concordia Wireless is a privately held full-service engineering and telecom infrastructure construction firm experiencing rapid growth across the country. Clients consider us the ‘best choice’ for their design and construction needs. We are one of the very few engineering firms in the country that designs and builds its own creations in the wireless sector. We support Fortune 500 clients such as T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T. We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Bilingual (English – Spanish) Construction Recruiter/Sourcer to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates to fulfill the company's staffing needs, hourly and salary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, construction industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Ideal candidate has hired construction resources including Tower Technicians, Civil Ground Crews, Construction Field Managers, Construction Project Managers
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
  • Has sourced skilled labor roles
  • Comfortable carrying 15+ req load with priorities which shift weekly
  • Strong sourcer who can share examples of using creative approaches to fill niche roles; expert with Boolean searching
  • Skilled using Facebook postings and Craigslist for specialized roles

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
