Lighthouse Electric is seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This individual will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates across a variety of roles within the company. The Recruiter will manage job postings, coordinate with department leaders, conduct phone screens, attend job fairs, and support HR administrative functions, including processing new hires and preparing offer letters.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior recruiting, staffing, or human resources experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic HR software systems.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a construction or skilled trades environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using HRIS or applicant tracking systems (ATS) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Post open positions across multiple platforms and manage requisitions throughout the hiring process.
  • Work closely with management to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to fill positions efficiently.
  • Perform phone screens and review resumes to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates in coordination with management and HR leadership.
  • Enter new hires into the HRIS system and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately.
  • Attend job fairs and community outreach events to promote Lighthouse Electric and attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and assist with generating recruitment reports.
  • Support general HR administrative tasks and documentation as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal company policies.
  • Represent Lighthouse Electric professionally and positively at all times.
