About The Position

Trove Brands has experienced incredible growth over the past few years, and we’re looking for a Recruiter to help build the teams that power what’s next. In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting while serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers across the organization. You won’t just move candidates through a process—you’ll help leaders clarify what great looks like, bring strong market perspective, and guide thoughtful hiring decisions that strengthen both performance and culture. Requirements

  • 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence hiring managers
  • Strong communicator with the ability to assess talent beyond the resume
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and urgency
  • Skilled in sourcing and pipeline development across multiple channels
  • Comfortable using an ATS and tracking hiring progress and insights
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a bias toward action
  • Demonstrated ability to elevate hiring quality, not just fill roles.
  • Passionate about the Trove Culture

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and acceptance
  • Lead intake conversations with hiring managers to align on role expectations, success profiles, and interview strategy
  • Act as a strategic talent partner, offering perspective on candidate quality, market trends, and competitive insights
  • Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on best practices, interview effectiveness, and decision-making
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse pipelines of qualified candidates
  • Source talent across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, networking, job boards, and university recruiting
  • Evaluate candidates thoughtfully, assessing both technical capability and alignment to Trove’s values
  • Champion a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, professionalism, and a process that reflects our culture
  • Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining urgency, organization, and attention to detail
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, serving as an authentic ambassador of Trove
