About The Position

ProCo / AICA Orthopedics is seeking an experienced recruiter to support its growing healthcare organization across 21 locations in metro Atlanta. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for clinical, administrative, and corporate positions, with an emphasis on efficient pipeline management and quality candidate delivery. The position requires strong multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment and involves working closely with hiring managers across multiple departments and locations. The organization's dynamic growth means priorities can shift quickly, and successful recruiters are expected to embrace this pace with flexibility. The ideal candidate excels at managing high volumes of applicants while maintaining quality standards, thrives with data-driven decision-making, and remains energized in fast-moving environments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or high-volume environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage 20+ concurrent requisitions effectively
  • Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced settings
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively in dynamic, growth-oriented environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for healthcare roles (clinical support, medical office, revenue cycle, corporate, mid level providers)
  • Familiarity with Paylocity ATS platform
  • Knowledge of Atlanta healthcare recruiting market
  • Experience building recruiting reports and metrics dashboards

Responsibilities

  • Manage 20-25 active requisitions across clinical support, revenue cycle, and administrative functions
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through high-volume applicant channels
  • Maintain consistent candidate communication with 24-48 hour response time for qualified applicants
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate experience through offer acceptance
  • Adapt requisition priorities based on evolving business needs and hiring urgency
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and success criteria
  • Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments using structured interview guides
  • Present qualified candidate slates with clear hiring recommendations
  • Track and report weekly recruiting metrics including pipeline status and time-to-fill
  • Build and maintain recruiting dashboards in Excel to provide data-driven insights on pipeline health
  • Support 90-day new hire retention goals through accurate candidate assessment
  • Maintain organized candidate tracking and documentation in ATS
  • Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with HR team, hiring managers, and department leaders on shifting priorities
  • Identify process improvements to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality standards
