About The Position

The recruiter will participate in the research, development, and implementation of effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse and capable talent pool for the organization. They will manage the full cycle hiring process of their assigned population(s). The recruiter will efficiently manage multiple open roles, while maintaining detailed communication with all parties involved. This position will require the individual to develop an understanding of our recruiting processes for candidate management, benefits, and other related activities in support of recruiting team and company associates. The position will primarily support the Corporate Office, as well as Kith Retail stores, and warehouses in North America.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required, with emphasis on Human Resources
  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting, either in a corporate or/and search firm setting, preferably for global luxury retail or high-end consumer products companies.
  • 5+ years using job boards (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
  • 3+ years Retail/Apparel/Fashion Industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience using Workday’s recruiting functions is strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to manage a high volume of work with accuracy and a strong sense of urgency and high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Must have excellent organizational, follow-up, and follow through skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must possess the highest level of discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be flexible to adapt to changing business needs or special projects.
  • Must be available for work outside of normal schedule hours, on occasion.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the facilitation and execution of all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Collaborate in the identification, development, and implementation of efficient and effective recruiting strategies based on industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Assist with the management of all job posting and advertising processes, including internal and external job boards, while ensuring compliance with all federal and local requirements.
  • Efficiently manage the flow of applicants & resumes from third-party job boards.
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews; assists in the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of trends and changes in the retail & recruiting industries.
  • Conduct reference checks on well-qualified candidates and communicate with hiring managers as appropriate.
  • Educate and coach hiring managers on available talent pool, recruiting best practices, and their role in supporting the company’s hiring policies, practices, and company values.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Provide support to international markets, as assigned.
  • Visit local stores to maintain a working knowledge of all roles and overall culture of each team.
