GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The Recruiter is responsible for the daily recruitment needs for Driscoll Health System. Recruiter will research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable candidates for the organization. Post and maintain job openings in appropriate advertising venues, recruit, interview, and screen job applicants to fill approved, existing DHS job openings. May assist in employee relations, benefits, review exit interview trends, and other generalist duties as needed.
