About The Position

The Arc of San Diego is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our hiring needs over the next six months. This role will focus on high‑impact positions across our direct care services, job coaching, and community inclusion teams. You’ll manage a fast‑moving requisition load of 20+ roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and contributing to a mission‑driven, results‑oriented HR team. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort working across multiple software systems as well as manual workflows
• A customer‑service mindset with a commitment to advocating for the individuals we serve

Nice To Haves

• Experience recruiting for high‑volume or high‑turnover roles
• Background in nonprofit, healthcare, or human services recruiting
• Familiarity with Dayforce or similar HRIS systems

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for multiple high‑volume roles
• Create and post job advertisements across various platforms
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple methods
• Guide candidates through the hiring process and ensure a welcoming transition into The Arc of San Diego
• Track and manage applicants across several systems and manual processes (not limited to a single ATS)
• Maintain consistent, proactive communication with hiring teams regarding candidate pipelines and position updates
