Role Overview We're looking for a high-impact recruiter to own hiring for our high-volume roles, including production associates, technicians, material handlers, and inventory specialists. This position is critical to enabling production at scale and delivering our next generation of humanoid robots. You'll build and manage recruiting pipelines in a fast-paced environment, working closely with manufacturing leadership. If sourcing at scale and rapidly filling diverse roles doesn't excite you, this may not be the right fit.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring needs and develop strategies for volume roles
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across technician, production, material handling, inventory, and assembly roles
- Manage high-volume pipelines with 50+ open requisitions concurrently and maintain efficient throughput
- Conduct behavioral screenings, shop-floor assessments, and track candidate quality metrics
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to offer
- Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes, tools, and analytics to support scalability
- Negotiate offers, share market insights, and influence hiring decisions
