You will be responsible for prescreening applicants, conducting interviews, posting hiring ads to our company platform, and maintaining our online hiring database. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Must be 21+ years old.
  • Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report
  • Must have a valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
  • Must be able to work in an SEI Office 3 days a week.
  • Must be able to travel, on occasion, to different areas of the company.
  • Must be self-driven to work remotely.
  • Computer Literate: Basic or intermediate knowledge of computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
  • Stand for at least 1 hour without support or break
  • Sit for at least 1 hour without break
  • Education: HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1+ Year working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ Years verifiable Customer Service

Nice To Haves

  • Education: Associate's degree in business
  • Experience: 1+ year of HR or Office Management

Responsibilities

  • Post hiring ads to our company platform and other relevant job boards.
  • Pre-screen applicants to assess their qualifications and fit for the role based on the job descriptions.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain our online hiring database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to the hiring team on the status of open positions.
  • Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and networking events.
