About The Position

As a Talent Sourcer, you will act as a strategic search partner and lead generation expert for our most critical, high-visibility, and hard-to-fill positions. Rather than managing the general administrative lifecycle, you will focus on the "top of the funnel"—finding, engaging, and selling top-tier talent on the organization's mission. You will work within a specialized team dedicated to proactive outreach. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM databases, and advanced internet research to identify "passive" talent. High-Impact Outreach: Generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads through cold calling, professional networking, and targeted social media campaigns. Clinical & Corporate Expertise: Support diverse hiring needs by identifying top talent across both clinical healthcare environments and corporate professional functions. Consultative Screening: Conduct deep-dive screenings and "Realistic Job Previews" to qualify candidates’ skills and cultural fit, effectively "selling" the opportunity to convert leads into applicants. Market Intelligence: Actively seek industry knowledge and competitor insights to remain an expert in the healthcare landscape and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly. Hiring Manager Partnership: Present curated candidate shortlists to hiring leaders, providing data-driven insights on the talent market and candidate expectations. This is a hybrid position and candidates will need to reside in, or be willing to relocate to Palm Beach County, Miami-Dade County, Monroe County or Broward county area. Estimated salary range for this position is $62057.41 - $80674.63 / year depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years specialized expertise in recruitment, search firm and/or healthcare recruitment required.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems required.
  • Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, manage aggressive deadlines, multiple priorities and allocate appropriate time between positions assigned.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently follow through and successfully communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor‘ degree preferred.
  • PHR or other HR certification desirable.
  • In-depth sourcing experience using different sourcing methods, databases and cold calling is preferred.
  • Strong Boolean search knowledge & search string creation experience, previous sourcing experience in supporting multi functions and business units and strong social media sourcing experience preferred.
  • Project management skills and experience desired.
