Joining our California’s Great America team means you’ll be responsible for selecting employees to fill our Park's hiring needs. You’ll also… Comply with all applicable local, state and federal employment laws. Screen applicants to ensure they meet California's Great America minimum hiring criteria. Participate in various hiring events including internal and external job fairs. Perform administrative tasks, including entry of employment data in a variety of computer systems. Email, copy, and scan documents as needed. Communicate with applicants via phone, e-mail, mail, or in person. Coordinate employment needs for all Park departments as required. Resolve all routine applicant issues/complaints in a manner consistent with California Great America service standards. Have additional opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.
