As a Recruiter/Sourcer you will support our Talent Acquisition team during a period of accelerated hiring. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and advancing high-quality candidates while helping ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter / Sourcer will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and recruiting coordinators to build strong pipelines and move candidates efficiently through the hiring lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Strong ability to identify qualified candidates and assess fit for open roles
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct outreach to passive candidates and generate interest in opportunities
  • Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements
  • Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring teams
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience
