About The Position

Hilti Fieldwire is looking for a driven, strategic, and relationship-oriented Sourcer to help fuel the next phase of our global growth. As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to proactively identify and engage top talent across multiple business units and geographies. This is not a reactive resume-review role, we are looking for a true talent hunter. Someone who thrives on building passive pipelines, influencing hiring strategy, and elevating our sourcing function with creativity, data, and precision. How do we continuously improve sourcing quality and speed? How do we build scalable, data-driven pipelines that support long-term hiring goals across global markets?

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role with measurable sourcing metrics
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to refine job profiles and align on candidate strategy
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Agency recruiting or sourcing experience
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS
  • Experience sourcing across multiple regions or time zones
  • Passion for process improvement and continuous optimization
  • Enjoys working across multiple teams and projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source top talent through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies
  • Source for roles across the United States, Europe, and other global markets as business needs evolve
  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to refine job specifications, define target profiles, and align on sourcing strategy across different geographies
  • Build and maintain strong passive talent pipelines globally through consistent, thoughtful outreach
  • Engage prospective candidates via social media, phone, text, email, and personalized messaging to strengthen Fieldwire’s employer brand worldwideTrack and report on sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates to ensure goals are met
  • Lead sourcing best practice sharing and training across the Talent Acquisition teamEvaluate and implement new sourcing tools, technologies, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality
  • Maintain high levels of data integrity within Greenhouse and other HR systems
