About The Position

Join Dungarvin’s Talent Acquisition team and play a vital role in connecting great people to meaningful work. As a TA Specialist, you’ll manage a high-volume requisition load, build strong candidate and hiring manager relationships, and deliver a stellar experience at every step of the process. You’ll own recruitment for DSP and ancillary roles within your market and may also support Program Manager/Director and other regional needs as assigned. From sourcing to offer, you’ll partner with hiring managers and HR to make smart, timely hires that fuel our mission. Requirements

  • 1+ year of focused high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelor’s degree
  • OR a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
  • Proven experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces with a strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes and strategies
  • Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, etc.
  • Skilled in HRIS systems like Workday, SmartRecruiters, and other ATS platforms
  • Experienced with Microsoft Teams and virtual meeting tools like Zoom and GoToMeeting
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 including Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strategic Talent Partner: Collaborate closely with Operations and HR to anticipate staffing needs, proactively pipeline candidates, and support both planned and urgent hiring
  • Pipeline Builder: Develop diverse, innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent benches ahead of hiring timelines
  • Results-Driven Executor: Turn deadlines into action plans, manage multiple requisitions efficiently, and drive projects through to completion
  • Influencer & Communicator: Present insights confidently to hiring leaders, shape hiring decisions, set clear expectations, and build trusted partnerships
  • Agile & Resilient: Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and handle challenges with sound judgment
  • Process-Oriented & Detail-Focused: Maintain organized workflows, track metrics, meet deadlines, and continuously improve recruitment processes
  • Data & Tech-Savvy: Leverages ATS platforms, Microsoft 365, sourcing tools, and reporting dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to streamline recruiting processes, analyze pipeline metrics, and drive data-informed hiring decisions
  • Remote-Ready & Self-Disciplined: Stay productive in a condensed schedule, manage time intentionally, and remain fully engaged during working hours

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working within Healthcare, Social Services, Retail, Manufacturing, hospitality, etc.
  • Prior staffing agency experience is a significant advantage

  • Partner closely with hiring managers, offering insights on roadblocks like compensation, skills, and sourcing tactics
  • Represent Dungarvin at career fairs, networking, and community events to build awareness and attract talent
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a true brand ambassador
