About The Position

Vistance Networks is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Recruiter to join its Ruckus Sales HR team. In this hybrid role, based in Charlotte, NC (3 days in office, 2 days remote), the recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for sales positions across Ruckus Networks in the North American Region (NAR). This involves partnering closely with sales leadership to identify, attract, and hire top-performing talent. Vistance Networks shapes the future of communications technology, delivering solutions that bring reliability and performance. RUCKUS Networks, a division of Vistance Networks, provides purpose-driven enterprise networks with AI-powered automation, proactive network assurance, and context-aware security for simplified management and exceptional performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience
  • Proven success sourcing passive candidates and filling hard-to-hire sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales competencies, performance drivers, and territory-based hiring needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and recruitment analytics.
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for numerous roles across our Sales team.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, target profiles, and hiring goals.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-performing sales professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and talent mapping.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, behavioral interviews, and competency evaluations.
  • Manage the candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness at every stage.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
  • Track and maintain data accuracy in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruiting metrics as needed.
  • Represent Ruckus Networks as a brand ambassador at events, career fairs, and networking activities.
  • Collaborate with HR, compensation, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions for new hires.
