Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Recruiter (IT Focus) to lead and execute full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical, IT, and non-technical roles as business needs evolve. This role plays a critical part in supporting company growth by partnering closely with hiring managers, advising on talent strategy, and ensuring a high-quality, inclusive, and efficient hiring process aligned with organizational goals. While this role will maintain a strong focus on IT and technical recruiting, the Senior Recruiter is expected to flex across a variety of functions and levels as needed in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on IT or technical recruiting
  • Strong understanding of IT and technical roles, skill sets, and common hiring challenges
  • Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Advanced sourcing skills and experience engaging hard-to-find talent
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into clear, candidate-friendly language
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to inform decisions
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
  • Ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings throughout the workday
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for IT and technical roles, including but not limited to engineers, analysts, infrastructure, data, and IT support positions.
  • Support recruiting efforts for non-technical roles across the organization as hiring priorities shift.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations.
  • Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct structured phone screens and interviews to assess technical capabilities, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to support offer development, approvals, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate data, activity tracking, and reporting within the applicant tracking system.
  • Monitor and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, labor market conditions, and best practices to inform hiring strategy and process improvements.
