About The Position

The Recruiter will develop and carry out effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations applicable to the recruiting and hiring process
  • Ability to follow sourcing strategies for recruitment for a wide range of roles

  • Ability to organize, analyze, and present data
  • Intermediate user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
  • At least four years of experience performing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior work experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, proactively sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to develop job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and manage offers, including salary recommendations and onboarding details.
  • Manage relationships with staffing firms, implement effective recruitment strategies, and enhance employer branding through marketing, social media, and community engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment regulations while continuously improving recruitment processes.
