The ideal candidate will possess the ability to earn trust and influence key stakeholders autonomously, expertly plan and prioritize against customer targets, manage candidates within tight timelines, demonstrate a proven capacity to use metrics to drive and showcase results, and remain calm in high-volume, ambiguous environments. Thriving in a fast-paced setting and excelling at problem-solving will be critical to success in this role. The best candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, cross-functional partners, and the centralized Amazon University Talent Acquisition program teams. This recruiter will sit on the Science recruiting team at Amazon and join an exceptional team of recruiters who are dedicated to Hiring and Developing the Best. The Science team hires Master's and PhD students working with cutting edge Artificial Intelligence and related technologies.
