We’re looking for an experienced Go-To-Market Recruiter who is passionate about building high-performing sales and marketing teams that drive growth. In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, spanning sales, marketing, and technical marketing. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, this is an opportunity to directly influence Fora’s rapid growth by attracting top talent across our GTM functions. You’ll bring a sharp understanding of the GTM landscape, a data-driven approach to recruiting, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. Beyond hiring, you’ll contribute to continuous process improvements, employer brand initiatives, and projects that strengthen how we attract and retain top talent.
