About The Position

As a Recruiter at Knight Electric, you will play a critical role in supporting our Talent Acquisition Manager by executing recruitment strategies and managing the full-cycle hiring process for a variety of roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to source, attract, and engage top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong talent pipelines. Location and Travel: This role will be based in our Justin, TX home office location.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Knowledge of recruiting in the Electrical skilled-trades field required.
Familiarity with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Knowledge of sourcing skills and ability to attract passive candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to understand labor needs and job requirements.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and hiring events.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records and compliance.
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives to promote Knight Electric as an employer of choice.
Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager
