About The Position

As a Recruiter at Knight Electric, you will play a critical role in supporting our Talent Acquisition Manager by executing recruitment strategies and managing the full-cycle hiring process for a variety of roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to source, attract, and engage top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong talent pipelines. Location and Travel: This role will be based in our Justin, TX home office location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of recruiting in the Electrical skilled-trades field required.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Knowledge of sourcing skills and ability to attract passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to understand labor needs and job requirements.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and hiring events.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records and compliance.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote Knight Electric as an employer of choice.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager
