As we scale Bikky, we're building a world-class team that can tackle the hardest challenges in the restaurant industry. We have eight open roles across engineering, data, marketing and customer success that we seek to fill within the next 90 days. To close those roles, we’re looking for someone who can help us find exceptional talent and create a stellar candidate experience along the way. As a Recruiter, you'll be a critical partner in our hiring efforts. You'll own the logistics that keep our hiring process running smoothly - from scheduling interviews to coordinating with candidates. You'll also take on sourcing and outreach for select roles, helping us find candidates who might not find us on their own. For some positions, you'll conduct initial phone screens to assess fit before candidates move forward in our process. This role is perfect for someone who's energized by the operational side of recruiting and wants to build strong foundational skills while supporting a growing startup. We’d like to start the contract as soon as possible and expect it to be open ended - hiring will continue into Q2/Q3. There’s an opportunity to convert to fulltime later in the year, depending on hiring needs.
