Recruiter & Career Development Manager Position Overview The Recruiter & Career Development Manager is responsible for helping the people of our organization perform at their highest level. This role focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, offboarding, employer compliance (including HIPAA), employee engagement, and people-related performance metrics. A focal point of this position is helping people succeed in the roles and responsibilities they have chosen to take on, reinforcing accountability and ownership in their work. The Recruiter & Career Development Manager exists to create clarity, develop personal accountability, and support continuous improvement across the organization. By aligning people and systems with the company’s mission and guiding questions: How am I a problem for others? How can I be more helpful to others? How can I help things go right? The ideal candidate helps team members understand the modern expectation of ownership and accountability tied to the role and responsibilities they are choosing to take on. He or she helps create proper expectations, improve effectiveness, and take ownership of the results of the new team members' efforts. The Recruiter & Career Development Manager partners closely with leadership to identify gaps, address performance trends, and ensure our people operate with consistency, helpfulness, discipline, and purpose.
