About The Position
The Recreational Gymnastics Supervisor is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the General Manager/Gymnastics Coordinator. The Recreational Gymnastics Supervisor is responsible for the planning, development, and oversight of recreational gymnastics programs. This position designs and implements lesson plans and curriculum for tumbling and obstacle course training programs, as well as special events, ensuring age-appropriate curriculum progression, skill development, and participant safety.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise gymnastics staff
- Provide ongoing support, evaluation, and professional development to maintain high-quality instruction and customer service standards
- Coaching approximately 15 hours per week
- Delivering engaging and structured classes that promote strength, coordination, and confidence in participants
- Ensure a safe, positive, and well-organized environment for participants and staff
- Supporting the overall goals and operations of the facility
