About The Position

The Recreational Gymnastics Supervisor is a full-time, exempt position under the direction of the General Manager/Gymnastics Coordinator. The Recreation Gymnastics Supervisor – School Aged is responsible for the planning, development, and oversight of recreational gymnastics programs. This position designs and implements lesson plans and curriculum for school-aged boys’ and girls’ gymnastics programs, as well as special events, ensuring age-appropriate curriculum progression, skill development, and participant safety.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise gymnastics staff
• Provide ongoing support, evaluation, and professional development to maintain high-quality instruction and customer service standards
• Coaching approximately 15 hours per week
• Delivering engaging and structured classes that promote strength, coordination, and confidence in participants
• Ensure a safe, positive, and well-organized environment for participants and staff
• Supporting the overall goals and operations of the facility
