About The Position
The Recreational Gymnastics Supervisor is a full-time, exempt position under the direction of the General Manager/Gymnastics Coordinator. The Recreation Gymnastics Supervisor – School Aged is responsible for the planning, development, and oversight of recreational gymnastics programs. This position designs and implements lesson plans and curriculum for school-aged boys’ and girls’ gymnastics programs, as well as special events, ensuring age-appropriate curriculum progression, skill development, and participant safety. The Supervisor works as part of a team to recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise gymnastics staff, providing ongoing support, evaluation, and professional development to maintain high-quality instruction and customer service standards. In addition to administrative and supervisory responsibilities, the position includes coaching approximately 15 hours per week, delivering engaging and structured classes that promote strength, coordination, and confidence in participants. The Recreation Gymnastics Supervisor ensures a safe, positive, and well-organized environment for participants and staff while supporting the overall goals and operations of the facility.
