Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the recreation or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity and the ability to develop and implement engaging recreational programs
- Knowledge of various recreational activities and equipment
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Nice To Haves
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
