About The Position
Implements daily recreation program for the residents of assigned units under the guidance of the department head. Assists in the preparation for programs; encourages residents' participation and assists in transportation of residents to these programs. Complete written documentation including attendance records and progress notes. Provides data to department head and recreation specialist. Maintains adequate supplies and equipment for use in recreational activities.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in activities/recreation
- High School Diploma/GED
Nice To Haves
- AA Degree in Therapeutic Recreation preferred
