About The Position

We are looking for a Recreation Activities Coordinator to join our team at Christmas Mountain Village in Wisconsin Dells, WI. What will I be doing? As a Recreation Coordinator, you will promote the resort's recreation, activity, and education programs, outdoor activities, trivia, crafting, etc and other entertainment opportunities. Coordinate recreational programs on a day-to-day basis for all age groups according to needs and interests of guests/owners, resort requirements, and seasonal opportunities. Plan, coordinate, and instruct specific classes, activities, and events, including special events, holiday programs, competitions, mixers, and other group activities. Monitor pool activities, towel inventory control, and all other activity common areas. Responding to all guest requests to ensure client satisfaction; willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and being an outstanding teammate. Other duties as assigned by management. Schedule: Full Time, Day/Mid shifts required, possible second shift. What are we looking for? To fill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: A Team-First Attitude Minimum of 6 months of customer service Ability to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
