About The Position

WANTED: Reconditioning Rockstar! Do you love cars? Can you make a vehicle look brand-new in no time? Our dealership needs a Reconditioning Technician who turns “good” into WOW! Key Responsibilities Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs or cosmetic improvements Perform paint touch-ups, minor bodywork, dent removal, and scratch repairs Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards Replace or repair worn or damaged parts such as trim, molding, and lights Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe working environment Assist with vehicle inspections and reporting on reconditioning progress Team up with Service & Sales to make our lot shine Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Have an eagle eye for detail
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bring energy, efficiency, and pride to your work every day
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Have experience in detailing, reconditioning, or minor repairs preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
