The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for The Siegel Group, providing professional front-office, administrative, and operational support across multiple departments. This role manages incoming calls, mail, packages, and internal coordination while supporting daily business operations. This is not a stationary, desk-only position; the Receptionist will regularly provide hands-on administrative assistance and frequently walk between offices and buildings to support projects, deliveries, inventory distribution, and departmental needs.
