About The Position

Every day, you have the chance to make someone’s day better. As our receptionist, you’ll greet visitors, answer phones, and keep the front office running smoothly. Your energy and positive attitude will set the tone for everyone who walks through our doors. What You’ll Do Welcome visitors and answer phones, making everyone feel valued while directing calls and messages to the right team member. Open and organize the office each day, making sure equipment, voicemails, and supplies are ready for the team. Manage mail and correspondence, including sorting, sending, and assisting with mass mailings. Support the team with office tasks like filing, copying, record keeping, and preparing documents. Help with projects or tasks as needed and provide ideas to improve front office processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One year receptionist and general clerical experience required.
  • One year experience answering multiple phone lines.
  • Must be able to pass background/fingerprint investigation and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must possess a valid NM driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance.
  • Must have own reliable transportation and agency insurable driving record.
  • An employee in this position frequently sits at a desk or workstation - must be able to sit, stand or otherwise perform typing/keyboarding tasks as required to perform the essential duties of position.
  • Must be able to sit, perform keyboarding functions, and utilize a calculator continually.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach above shoulder(s) frequently.
  • Must be able to carry, lift 10 lbs. occasionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience greatly preferred.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
