About The Position

Dinsmore is a law firm with over 750 attorneys across 30+ offices nationwide, dedicated to building a dynamic, client-focused Firm recognized for excellence. They are seeking a Receptionist at their San Diego, CA location. The Receptionist is described as the “Master of First Impressions” and is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support in a professional services office setting.

Requirements

  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be resourceful, proactive, and organized
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including personal computer/Outlook suite, photocopier, fax machine, phone and voicemail systems

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate person
  • Deliver prompt, accurate messages to attorneys and staff
  • Greet clients and guests and notify attorneys or staff when visitors have arrived
  • Manage the office conference room bookings, schedule meetings, and assist with coordinating events
  • Maintain reception area & log of guests
  • Assist with administrative projects as assigned, including copying, scanning, file management, etc.
  • Work closely with Regional Office Administrator
