About The Position

The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors, representing the company with professionalism and excellent customer service. The position will be fully on-site and located at our new Mesa, AZ facility.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor logs, badges, and deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and appointments as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support HR, Office Management, or other departments with administrative tasks.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
