About The Position

5:30a to 2pm. Monday - Friday occasional weekends and rotating holidays required. The Receptionist answers telephone calls from multi-line phone system or switchboard. This job screens calls, takes messages and directs callers to the appropriate individual if needed. This job greets and directs visitors/patients to the appropriate department/staff. This job's other duties may include answering questions/inquires from the public or patients, sorting mail and/or performing other general office functions. This job may also use a paging system. Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of previous clerical/secretarial work experience in an office setting
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of previous clerical/secretarial work experience in an office setting
  • Previous experience in a health care setting
