This role is in-office Tuesday through Saturday. The current schedule is Tuesday & Wednesday 8:30 AM to 7 PM, Thursday & Friday 9 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM, but is subject to change based on the needs of the business. PNC's Fairfax Connection is looking for a Receptionist to greet and direct guests, assist guests in the computer lab, assist with workshops, light clerical duties and conference room set up and clean up. Job Description Provides administrative support and performs other routine clerical functions for the assigned area. Answers telephone, takes messages and answers routine questions. Monitors access to PNC facilities as appropriate; provides prompt and courteous service to visitors by directing them to the appropriate individual or area. Provides clerical support by opening and sorting mail, typing, filing and performing other routine clerical functions. May provide additional administrative support through the use of a computer and other general office equipment, maintain inventory for the area by monitoring supplies and placing orders. Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, high school diploma, GED, or any significant experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
  • Prior experience is not required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
