About The Position

We are seeking a Receptionist with an outgoing personality and willingness to assist customers with excellent customer service skills. This individual will assist & direct callers and visitors to the dealership, maintain scheduling of staff and facilities, support dealership staff in varying capacities as assigned. Requirements

  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills & enjoy working with people
  • Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends
  • Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
  • Professional personal appearance & punctual
  • Great attitude & high energy personality
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times
  • Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of departmental functions & staff sufficient to effectively assist callers & visitors
  • Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
  • Operate switchboard telephone system
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
  • Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
  • Prepare memos, correspondence, reports and other documents
  • Provide support to & cross train in other business office positions
  • Promote an understanding of and strong commitment to client satisfaction & to the Mossy team
  • Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
