Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of receptionist experience
  • High computer literacy
  • Excellent organization and communication (verbal and written) skills

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the office lobby daily
  • Greet visitors and answer phone calls
  • Schedule appointments both in-person and virtually
  • Sort, scan, and send mail and packages, including UPS and Certified mail
  • Order lunches for meetings and events
  • Maintain kitchen areas (dishwasher, coffee, beverages, stocking)
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Manage conference rooms, including scheduling and setup
  • Organize and scan documents using office technology
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to partners and staff
  • Interact professionally with clients and handle inquiries courteously
  • Keep the office clean and organized
