We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Full Time Receptionist position available for our Federal WayMedical and Dental Clinic. We are looking for customer serviceoriented candidates. The receptionist will be responsible forprocessing patient information. Making medical appointments andcontacting patients via phone on behalf of Sea Mar, taking messages,etc. The ideal candidate must possess some problem-solving skills andmust be able to communicate efficiently with our patients and besensitive to their needs. Must demonstrate and maintain a high levelof work ethic and professionalism as well as be able to multi-task andproperly use basic office software. Candidates bilingual inEnglish/Spanish are highly preferred.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one-year experience in a medical setting.
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Computer and typing skills are required.

Nice To Haves

• Medical terminology preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred, not required.
