About The Position

Our caring team provides personal support in a warm and welcoming environment. This temporary position provides clerical support to the assigned location. All applicants must undergo a pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana), a comprehensive background check, and a TB Test.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
Previous experience working in an office setting.
Proficient in computer skills with a typing speed of 40 words per minute.
Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills.
Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
CPR and first-aid certification (initial training and renewals paid for by CTP).

Responsibilities

Composes and types of routine correspondence, including admission/discharge summaries.
Copies correspondence as needed.
Prepares outpatient and DUI patient files.
Answers, screens, directs phone calls to staff, takes messages, and schedules appointments.
Responsible for greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Collects patient fees and prepares detailed summary sheets.
Provide relevant information on current and former patients to counselors, the court, probation, and parole personnel.
Maintains the DUI/Outpatient Library and assigns videos to counselors upon request.
Sorts and delivers incoming and interoffice mail and prepares mail for outgoing delivery.
Maintains petty cash while on duty.
