About The Position

Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods Corp is seeking a professional Receptionist to serve as the primary ambassador for our organization. As the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, the ideal candidate will manage administrative priorities and high-volume communications with a polished, service-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

Manage the central switchboard by professionally screening and routing incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and directing stakeholders to the appropriate departments.
Provide a welcoming environment by greeting all customers, vendors, and job candidates upon arrival.
Ensure the integrity of the facility by strictly adhering to all GDK security protocols and visitor check-in procedures.
Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution; maintain and audit office supply inventory to ensure seamless daily operations.
Execute special projects for various departments and provide cross-functional support for administrative tasks as assigned.
