RECEPTIONIST - FULL TIME
About The Position
Foundations for Living is an 84 bed (14 males and 70 females) secure residential treatment facility for youth addressing mental health and substance abuse issues. Our mission is to provide an environment of safety where youth feel empowered to heal the wounds of the past and build a foundation of hope for the future. We are looking for a Full Time Receptionist who represents Service Excellence by receiving callers in person or via telephone at facility, determining the nature of their business, and directing them to their destination courteously and with care and welcome. Additionally, the Receptionist provides support to Risk Management, Intake, the Business Office, Human Resources and other areas of the facility as directed, maintaining confidentiality, discretion and security at all times. Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
- Licensure: Valid OH driver's license required.
