Description The Receptionist is responsible for greeting everyone who enters the lobby, answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner. The Receptionist also provides information, direction and other assistance to residents, staff, guests, visitors, and vendors while performing a variety of clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications Communicate efficiently in English, using proper grammar, in a pleasant manner. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience at an intermediate level required. Experience with office equipment such as a high capacity copy machine and postage machine is preferred. Accurately complete a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely. High School diploma preferred. Frequent sitting, standing, bending, reaching and carrying items occurs throughout the day. Pomperaug Woods fully embraces a culture of hospitality. Requirements
