Requirements

  • Strong office management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency with office software
  • Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing high-quality customer service
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in medical or dental office settings is advantageous but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take detailed messages
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
  • Call customers inquiring about service experience
  • Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and Data entry as needed
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette
  • Support office management tasks including supply ordering, organization of files, and general clerical duties
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing schedules accurately
  • Issue License plates to new buyers
