About The Position

The role of the Receptionist is to be the first point of contact at Bailiwick, an ePlus company, which includes greeting and providing information to customers, visitors, and other parties who come to the office. This role also assists internal employees in the organization by providing administrative support to employees and departments, and will reside on the Human Resources team. This is an onsite position in Chaska, MN, the role may be either full-time Monday – Friday or part-time Tuesday – Thursday. At ePlus, they believe technology is a people business. Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Previous Receptionist experience required
  • Requires knowledge of standard office equipment, including software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good verbal and written communications skills

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and clients upon arrival and departure; notify employees when their guests arrive
  • Manage badges for employees and when visitors come ensure each visitor signs the visitor log and receives and returns their badge
  • Operate front desk phone to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments in a timely manner
  • Manage mail, messages and courier deliveries
  • Monitor, order and restock kitchen and office supplies as needed
  • Assist in light cleaning of break room
  • Perform clerical tasks, such as ordering business cards and updating break room TVs with most current company announcements
  • Coordinate food ordering and setup/cleanup for all company meetings and other Bailiwick events
  • Handle routine questions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
