About The Position

Candidates MUST be geographically located within 50 miles of Chandler, Arizona and comfortable working 100% on-site in our Chandler warehouse, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. Candidates must also be comfortable with up to 20% travel to our Houston, Texas warehouse. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of ePlus' warehouses in Chandler, Arizona and Houston, Texas including shipping, receiving, inventory and problem resolution. Your Impact The essential functions of this position include: Oversee, train, assist and develop the Warehouse staff Manage the personnel and operations for multiple facilities in a super region to ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with ePlus policy Conduct new hire and incremental training for warehouse employees in the super region Conduct audits on operation procedures to ensure compliance Oversee large projects being conducting in the regional warehouses to ensure they are implemented smoothly, on-time, and on budget Work closely with sales and services to stay abreast of all upcoming projects Create, maintain and monitor analysis of inbound/outbound forecast for warehouses in the super region Inspect, receive and ship product returns Perform shipping and receiving functions Track and report warehouse activity levels Coordinate regular inventories and resolution of discrepancies Report shipping information for order invoicing Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries and order status requests Assist with annual reviews and hiring employees Maintain frequent contact with various internal departments and shipping carriers Follow ePlus’ performance review process to promote communication, provide useful feedback about job performance and contribute to an employee’s professional development As a manager, you are also expected to: Lead and guide team members, fostering growth through mentoring, coaching, and development, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years warehouse management experience
  • 5+ years’ personnel management experience
  • Current experience utilizing a Warehouse Management System (WMS); preferably Körber HighJump
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to adhere to all safety requirements around forklift trucks and hydraulic jacks in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Willingness to obtain an OSHA Forklift Certification

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Position involves long periods of standing and lifting items of various weights, shapes and sizes.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years’ experience in an Information Technology Warehouse environment preferred
