The Manager, IT Integrations will have a technical background and experience with Integration platforms such as SAP PI/ PO, API Integrations, SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Order Management, EDI business processes and workflows. In this role, you will coordinate, manage, and implement integrations with SAP and Non-SAP applications, develop problem solutions and be involved in documentation, test management, knowledge management, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in the position offered, as a Software Developer, or a related position.
  • Must have four (4) years of experience with all of the following: Implementing API integrations with ERP platforms including SAP using integration solutions including SAP PI/PO or Postman; Implementing interfaces using communication protocols including SFTP, AS2, FTP, REST API, SOAP, JDBC, Proxy, and IDoc and messaging protocols including EDI X12, CSV, JSON and XML between ERP and non-ERP solutions; Implementing integrations between various ERP modules including Retail, Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, and Master Data Management; Resolving incidents and problems using root cause analysis (RCA) based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in ERP and EDI landscape across various modules including Order Management, Financial workflows, and Customer Onboarding and Application Integrations; Integrating and Supporting EDI business processes and workflows, including EDI trading partner set up and wholesale workflows; Analyzing and troubleshooting SAP inbound and outbound IDocs, including data analysis with XML, ALE, and Middleware; and Implementing, configuring, and supporting different EDI messages and interfaces including 850, 997, 855, 810, 832, 856, and 846 on ERP platform using key transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, manage, and implement integrations with SAP and Non-SAP applications, develop problem solutions and participate in documentation, test management, knowledge management, and knowledge transfer.
  • Design and gather requirements for integration set up including EDI trading partner set up.
  • Lead implementation of Integration/EDI projects; define and document project scopes, deliverables, testing, and scheduling.
  • Liaise between internal business units, trading partners, and integration developers for testing in various SAP modules such as SAP AFS Sales & Distribution (SD), SAP Retail, and SAP Warehouse Management (EWM).
  • Analyze, prevent, and proactively monitor to avoid EDI related chargebacks.
  • Train operational specialist regarding release upgrades, continuous improvements, new tools, and functions.
