About The Position

Assertively and cheerfully perform or ensure performance of any and all activities necessary to improve and maintain the highest possible experience for the customer Acknowledge and greet each showroom visitor Answer all incoming calls with a professional and friendly voice Communicate with callers in an efficient manner, minimizing time they are put on hold Take messages, forward calls, etc. Provide basic information to callers who have general questions (address, hours, etc.) Other duties as assigned
