About The Position

As a Receptionist for OOA you will be the face of the office as patients are checked in for their appointments, making excellent customer service a priority. You will be responsible for performing various clerical duties such as checking in patients, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and updating patient charts within a busy orthopaedic practice. Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting, non-medical Receptionist roles would also be considered.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
