About The Position

Primary Role: Provide assistance and support to the Central Office to ensure the effective and efficient operation. The receptionist will act as a central point of contact, supporting both employees and management across various functions, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment, and aligning TMSA initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

  • Previous office experience in an education environment
  • People-oriented
  • Organized and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with stakeholders
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage travel itineraries
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
  • Using various software, including but not limited to Word, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
  • Order and maintain inventory of supplies necessary for the smooth running of office operations
  • Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned
