About The Position

The Receptionist plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional environment at our corporate office. This individual serves as the face of the company, supporting both front desk operations and administrative needs within the HR and corporate teams. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 1 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience (corporate or healthcare preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all visitors, patients, and vendors in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
  • Manage visitor check-in/check-out procedures and maintain visitor badges
  • Provide administrative support to HR and corporate departments as needed
  • Assist with onboarding logistics, including welcoming new hires and directing them to orientation
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Serve as a central communication hub between departments
  • Coordinate meeting room scheduling and assist with meeting setup
  • Support company events, onboarding sessions, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and front desk procedures
